I haven’t always followed a smooth path. I’ve noticed that it’s been in the challenging times that I’ve learned most about myself; who I am, what matters to me and how I want my life to be.
After recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, I was inspired to write a self-help book for sufferers. The result is ‘Fighting Fatigue’ a book I co-edited. It is published in my previous name, Catherine Berry. I am currently writing ‘a guide for women on how to successfully move on after the end of a long-tem relationship’. I have successfully moved on after my own divorce to where I am today, happily married and enjoying a whole new chapter of my life. My new book will be published in my new name, Catherine Tapponnier!
I set up Magical You as a place for women to come together and get tangible benefits from the information, ideas and inspiration I have to share; whether it be as part of a group, on a 1 to 1 basis or through the resources in my online shop. I’ve also made Magical You a place for women to benefit from being part of the Magical You community through my Facebook page.
I live my life in a way that reflects who I am, what matters to me and how I want my life to be. Through Magical You, my aim is to inspire, support and encourage you to be all that you are, and to live your life in a way that reflects you.
Alice in Wonderland is all about going down the rabbit hole and discovering the magic that’s there. I’m passionate about living my life to the full and enjoying every moment.
